Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused products in their original ZOEVA packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
